Our Mentor & Volunteer Development Programme equips mentors, teachers, youth leaders, faith leaders, parents, and volunteers with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to build meaningful relationships with young people.
Our approach
Through interactive training, education, coaching, and ongoing support, participants learn how to listen with empathy, communicate effectively, understand the realities facing today's young people, and guide them with integrity and purpose.
