Please report any concern if you witness behaviour that may place a young person at risk, suspect abuse, neglect or exploitation, receive a disclosure from a young person, observe inappropriate behaviour by any adult, or become aware of bullying, discrimination or unsafe practices. If you are in doubt, it is always better to report your concern.
You can report by speaking to an Olasiva Safeguarding Officer, informing a Programme Coordinator or Centre Leader, completing our Safeguarding Concern Report Form on this site, or contacting us by phone or email.
When a concern is reported, Olasiva will: listen carefully and respectfully; record the concern accurately and confidentially; assess the situation promptly; take appropriate action to protect the young person; work with parents, guardians, and relevant authorities where necessary; and provide ongoing support to those affected.
No one will be criticised or disadvantaged for raising a genuine safeguarding concern in good faith.
